Due to these varying cosmetic blemishes, the product you receive may differ visually from what is pictured ** Developed, manufactured, and laser engraved in house by Gearhead Precision LLC of Rosenberg, Texas, our PSO sight adapter provides a rock solid solution to mount a modern Russian style rifle optic on the side of your Mosin Nagant rifle, using the original screw holes for your rifle's PU sight base (M6x0.75mm on 53.5mm Centers). If your rifle is not already capable of accepting a PU style scope, this adapter WILL NOT fit, unless you have a gunsmith modify it for you. Your adapter is a single piece of CNC machined billet 6061 aluminum. It will come Cerakoted "Socom Blue", and will come laser engraved with the Gearhead Precision maker's markings. Additionally, your adapter will come with two mounting screws. The rifle and optic shown in the photos is not included. The optic shown is a Texas Precision Optics SVD Style PSO Scope. Due to variations in rifle / optic tolerances, minor fitting may be required for a perfect fit. Please consult a licensed and competent gunsmith for fitting and installation.
